It doesn’t matter whether you are new to exercise, want to get fit in a unique, fun way, if you are contemplating doing an obstacle event, registering for your first obstacle event, or you are just obsessed with obstacles like me and wish to continue training until your next event. I have the training schedule to suit you and your goals. Come and get Fit, Healthy and actually enjoy training!
Saturdays 7am – Family or Adult Training – 1 hour or 90 minutes
Come solo or bring the family, either way its a great start to the weekend. Where else can you train with your kids and show them what fitness is all about. Every week is different!
1 1/2 Hour Training Sessions Include :
- Strength Training
- Endurance and Running Circuits
- Leg Training
- Conditioning Work
- Grip Training
- Rope Climbing
