Train till you are Drained events occur every month and sometimes bi-monthly.
Just as the name says, you come along for a training morning for as long as you can last. Its your pace doing a set routine of Obstacles, exercises, carries and runs.
There is 15 stations with a program to get through at each station before moving on. The aim is to build up your fitness, strength and endurance to get you through all 15 stations. The average is 4 hours. You can come along knowing you can only stay for 1 hour or have the mindset of beating your last number of stations you completed, or strive for that magic number 15. Testing your mind and your physical ability is a great way to train and improve.
An ideal way to train for your next Obstacle Event or if you are looking to challenge yourself or just have an excellent different style of workout – Obstacle Obsession is for you. For $20 for as long as you can train, you cant get better value.
Bring your friends and work as a team, come individually and meet some great people. Everyone is welcome and will be welcomed by my regulars.
You can do anything you set your mind to and its a fun morning to go with it.
Kids from 8 – 14yrs can join in and must be accompanied by an adult. A separate kids program is on offer while they run along with your Adult program. What other sport can you actually train with your kids, helping an encouraging their abilities all the while why you are being the Greatest Role Model along side of them.
