And yes, that includes the little adventurers too! I’m accredited to work with kids and older adults, ensuring fitness is fun, safe, and accessible for everyone.

But beyond the competitive edge, my mission is to help anyone unlock their full potential, in training and in life.

I’m proud to have formed and competed in teams at events like RAW, True Grit, and Spartan. Watching individuals push their limits and achieve more than they thought possible is what drives me every single day. My years of experience across endurance and obstacle events have deepened my understanding of perseverance, preparation, and progress — and I bring that knowledge into every session.
